kontakt zum multiply support, wenn eine group nicht komplett migriert ist

der normale ablauf der migration:

 

w채hle dich also ANGEMELDET bei msn ein in den link:

Auf der n채chsten Seite "Select a group" wähle aus dem Auswalfeld deiner Gruppen diejenige aus, die du migrieren möchtest und klicke auf "OK".

Auf der Seite "Select a group ID" gib im Feld "Group ID on Multiply" den Namen an, den du f체r deine Gruppe verwenden m철chtest und klicke auf "OK". Beispiel: D hattest eine MSN Gruppe http://groups.msn.com/experimente. Jetzt kannst du die folgende Gruppe haben: http://experimente.multiply.com.

Jetzt wirst du ein Registrierung Formular sehen. Fülle  bitte die erforderlichen Felder aus und klicke dann auf "Register".

dabei kann man es einfacher haben, wenn man bereits registriert ist bei multiply:

dann erscheint auf der seite eine verlaufsmeldung: 

Migration In Progress

Your group is now being migrated to Multiply. You will receive an email once the process has been completed. Please add multiply@multiply.com to your email address book so that this email doesn't end up in your spam folder.

Once the migration is complete, your group members will receive an e-mail invitation for the new group, and a note will be posted on your MSN site, letting members know about the migration.

In the meantime, feel free to start exploring Multiply.

Note: After migration, if you decide to delete the group and re-migrate it, please contact customer service first. Once deleted, group IDs cannot be re-used.

 

und genau DAS passiert scheinbar 철fters als geglaubt, denn manche groups gehen nur halb oder fast leer r체ber (vllt wenn msn oder multiply gerade heftig arbeiten?) - multiply stellt innerhalb kurzer zeit ein reset zur verf체gung, so dass man die group erneut migrieren kann mit nur geringf체gig ge채nderter ID (also URL!) der NAME der group kann gleich bleiben oder auch ge채ndert werden.

 

wer diesen link anklickt, bekommt ein formular, das man genau ausf체llen muss

i tried to migrate the group http://groups.msn.com/XXX (privat) and i've gotten (oder: didn't get)  the mailed migration confirmation: "Your group has been successfully migrated to Multiply! You can access your group by clicking on the "Groups" tab within Multiply, or by going directly to:

http://XXX.multiply.com"

the multiply group has NO content except  the welcome site
and there ist NO migration message in the msn group (ODER: there IS a migration message in the group)

please, could i try once more to migrate? I ask you for a reset.
